Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Ordering & Catering:
  • Coordinate daily food and beverage orders for the office.
  • Manage relationships with local vendors and caterers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
  • Maintain budget controls and track all expenses related to food and catering.
  • Event Support:
  • Assist in planning and executing light office events, including meetings, luncheons, and celebrations.
  • Coordinate logistics such as room setup, catering, and AV requirements.
  • Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all event participants.
  • Vendor & Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with catering and food service providers.
  • Evaluate vendor performance regularly and negotiate contracts and pricing to meet the office's needs.
  • Stay informed about new food trends and catering options that could enhance the office experience.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to hospitality services.
  • Collaborate with office management to align food and event services with overall office needs.
  • Provide support for other office functions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food services, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences.

Education - Bachelor or Associate degree preferred


Salary – 50-60K DOE
