  • Assist in troubleshooting issues that arise during the dispatch process, ensuring minimal disruption to service delivery.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or administrative training is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in a dispatching, coordination, or customer service role, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using dispatch or scheduling software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make quick decisions.


Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time position with standard business hours, although some flexibility may be required based on operational needs.
