BPP is a rapidly expanding manufacturing company seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for a full-time, on-site position. If you are looking for a dynamic workplace where you can grow and contribute meaningfully, we want to hear from you We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to bring new perspectives and ideas for optimizing our processes. In this role, you will work closely with our Director of Operations, Production Manager, and Engineering Team to develop efficient practices that streamline our manufacturing and enhance our capabilities.


Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee optimized manufacturing processes and product documentation/process instructions required for our fast paced manufacturing operations. 
  • Configure BOM's/routings in accordance with the product structure and submit/approve. 
  • Implement and optimize manufacturing and industrial engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with mechanical engineers to improve product design and manufacturability.
  • Design and develop manufacturing fixtures to aid in production processes.
  • Conduct Engineering Review meetings to ensure alignment and meet client specifications.
  • Create and manage engineering change requests to update and improve procedures.
  • Ensure all manufacturing activities adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze and solve manufacturing issues to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and report on production performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.



Qualifications & Requirements 


  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial mechanical engineering.
  • Proficiency in machining and understanding of manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize manufacturing workflows.
  • Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles.
  • Ability to interpret and create technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of quality control principles and ability to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Excel in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, production, and engineering.
  • Flexible and open to feedback, able to adjust to changing priorities and team dynamics.
  • Willingness to help and support team members to achieve common objectives.

  • Experience in the electrical distribution industry is a plus.
