What to expect:
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for communicating with customers and vendors, and processing orders. To succeed in the role of Senior Account Manager, previous experience in an account management role and experience with reviewing government contracts and requirements is essential.

Work Location: Stevensville, Maryland

What you will get to do:
Process and enter orders into the REP system, and thoroughly review customer contracts to ensure regulatory compliance
Provide the purchasing department with job requirements, and work closely with the production manager to ensure all orders are processed thoroughly
Provide customers with excellent communication on order status, job updates, issues with shortages, and any correspondence that may impact production to customers and/or vendors
Work closely with other departments to ensure orders are completed in a timely and accurate manner
Other duties, as assigned
You will bring these qualifications:
Experience Level: Senior-Level
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in an account management role
Experience with performing in-dept review of customer contracts, including government contracts and other regulatory/compliance requirements
Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of manufacturing operations and processes, and ability to read blueprints
Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (Flexible)
