Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager located in Overland Park, KS. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and coordinating resources on multiple house renovations. You will support the Project Manager in all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


This role reports to the Project Manager. Salary is based on experience.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience required, 5+ years preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in coordinating and managing projects is a plus
