We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Manager of Cybersecurity Operations to lead our Incident Response, Digital Forensics, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Investigations, Insider Threat, and Malware Analysis functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, deep technical expertise, and a strategic approach to managing complex security operations. This role is critical in ensuring the organization's cyber resilience and protecting sensitive information from threats.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Expertise in incident response, digital forensics, DLP, insider threat management, and malware analysis.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO, and MITRE ATT&CK.
  • Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools, endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions, and other security technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC, or EnCE are highly desirable
