The Role of a Superintendent at GCM:

We’re seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site coordination for all phases of commercial general construction, particularly tilt-wall projects. This role is critical in maintaining the highest standards of quality, scheduling, and safety while pushing the limits of construction innovation. You will be responsible for ensuring each project runs like a well-oiled machine—delivering not just on time and on budget, but beyond expectations.

  • Lead and Coordinate: Direct all on-site construction activities, ensuring that subcontractors, materials, and equipment align with project goals and are executed flawlessly.
  • Quality and Safety Focused: Manage inspections, quality control, and ensure the site meets local safety standards and environmental requirements.
  • Problem Solver: Identify and resolve conflicts or delays, ensuring projects remain on track, communicating solutions with the wider team.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Keep the project team informed of progress, material needs, and any changes to the original plans, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a clean, organized, and productive job site, ensuring that all subcontractors meet our rigorous quality and safety standards.
