We are looking for a highly organized Assistant Plumbing Project Manager with experience in commercial plumbing for tenant improvements and special projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering and proven sales, estimating, and project management skills. Expertise in Bluebeam and Microsoft Project is essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in overseeing commercial plumbing projects from planning through completion.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets.
  • Maintain and build strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Use Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBid to track project milestones and progress.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial plumbing project management.
  • Expertise in estimating, sales, and project management.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Project.
  • Local and stable work history required.
