Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Latham, NY as an Experienced Fire Alarm Install/Service Alarm Technician at Fire, Security & Sound Systems, Inc. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to sales and service of alarm systems, ensuring optimal functionality and client satisfaction. Fast paced sometimes stressful environment. Ability to multitask is a plus. Looking for a technician that has been in the industry a minimum of 5 years.


Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and service of alarm systems
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance of alarm systems
  • Knowledge of fire, security, suppression, and nurse call systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Certification or training in relevant industry standards (NICET certification is a plus)
  • Certification in Edwards Fire Alarm Systems is a plus.
