Human Resource Dimensions has been retained to place a Senior Leave of Absence Manager for an established yet growing company in Atlanta, GA. Develop and implement leave policies, procedures, and benefits programs to support and enhance the overall employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of employee leave, including FMLA, paid time off, disability, and other related programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding leave and benefits programs.
  • Collaborate with HR team to communicate leave policies to employees and provide guidance on utilization.
  • Analyze data and trends to continuously improve leave programs based on employee needs and organizational objectives.
  • Handle leave requests, inquiries, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee vendors and partners related to leave administration.


Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous leadership or management experience.
  • Proven experience in leave management, benefits administration, or a related HR role.
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations regarding employee leave and benefits.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.


Desired Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
  • Experience working in a medium to large-sized organization.
