Title: Medical Records Representative

Location: Fully Remote.

Schedule hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am-3:30pm CST or 8am - 4:00pm EST

Training: Will be the same as Schedule works hours

Initial Assignment Length: 4 months contract with possibility for extension/conversion based on performance, attendance and business need.

Pay Range: Up to $18.50 per Hour .

Skills:

  • Must show ability to perform in a production-based environment under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to use computer effectively, including Microsoft Outlook, basic Excel for tracking and reporting, and HEDIS software programs.
  • Experience with provider and health systems outreach.
  • Must possess HIPAA familiarity.
  • Analytical skills preferred.
  • Prior HEDIS MRR experience preferred.
  • Experience with medical records and provider interaction a plus

Education:

  • College degree a plus but not required.
