HR Administrator

We are seeking an HR Administrator to join a client in Fremont. This position is a 6 month contract position. The role is 100% onsite at the client's Fremont office. Hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Job Duties:
- Manage employee files and update information in company HRIS system.
- Provide support to employees on any questions or requests they may have.
- Partner with HR team to provide administrative support and assist with HR related projects.
- Complete employment verifications.
- Processing claims for EDD.
- Administering workshare program.
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Scheduling new hires or current employees for drug tests.
- Assisting with invoicing as necessary.
- Conducting MVR checks for drivers.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of human resources experience.
- Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.
- Experience with HRIS systems. UKG a plus.
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Construction industry experience is a plus.
