Marketing & Leasing Specialist

Our client is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Leasing Assistant. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in marketing their properties and ensuring smooth leasing processes. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

Qualifications:

Commercial Real Estate preferred.

Real Estate Marketing required.

  • Education and Background:
  • A college degree or equivalent work/education background.
  • Creativity and an eye for professional marketing designs.
  • 1-3 years of previous graphic design experience with the ability to provide work samples.
  • A Colorado real estate license is preferred. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you in obtaining it within 30-90 days of hire.
  • Skills and Traits:
  • Detail-oriented: You excel at information-gathering and monitoring.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills: You can set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proofreading, editing, and grammar skills.
  • Adaptability: You can work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.


Duties:

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of marketing for assigned properties
  • Maintain intimate knowledge of each property
  • Publish and distribute property/vacancy updates across marketing channel
  • Coordinate the design and installation of leasing signs and banner
  • Work with third-party photographers to keep professional property photographs update
  • Draft and publish advertisements, press releases, and social media post
  • Maintain marketing social-media accounts and update company website
  • Organize marketing events
  • Monitor the marketing budget and prepare recommendations for future expense
  • Process marketing-related invoices and track initiatives through report

Leasing Responsibilities

  • Assist with new leases and renewals within the portfolio
  • Draft renewal proposal
  • Provide phone coverage and uphold high-quality customer service
  • Conduct property showing
  • Respond promptly to inbound leasing inquiries
  • Assist in generating new leads through outreach
