About the Role


Your primary objective is to help manage the day-to-day oversight of a portfolio of current projects in various stages of design and construction. You will interface with clients and support the Senior Project Managers. A strong eye for detail and precision is a must. Lastly, your role will involve key documentation of workflows and standard operating procedures for our proprietary tech component of the company.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in managing kitchen and bathroom projects from start to finish
  • Provide management oversight for all phases (coordinating material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget)
  • Daily job site visits and oversight of project installation
  • Ensure finish materials are delivered to the job site when needed

About You


  • You have a minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in residential construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath construction schedules 
  • You’ve demonstrated strong performance as a self-starter and self-learner within a high-growth environment
  • You’re organized and have a keen attention to detail
  • You’re solution and action-oriented and enjoy managing complex problems
  • You enjoy condensing and communicating ideas into clear and actionable findings
  • You’re constantly curious and believe no task is too small
