This position is on site 5 days a week with a salary of up to $180K Base DOE.


Only candidates who currently hold, previously have held or are close to achieving a NYC High Pressure Boiler Operator License will be considered.


Role overview


  • Key responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the facility, overseeing all plant generation equipment.
  • Regular plant tours and supervision of various personnel will be part of the role, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, environmental limits, and permits.
  • Go to person in emergencies or unusual situations, directing or personally carry out the necessary operations.


Education / Experience:


  • More than 5+ years of experience in power/steam plant operations and maintenance.
  • Engineering degree essential
  • Hands-on experience with high-pressure boilers and power generation, as well as formal technical training is required.
  • Must have a NYC High Pressure Boiler Operator License
