Your primary objective is to provide legal counsel, representation, and support to clients as they navigate the legal landscape surrounding family-related issues. The focus is on divorce, paternity, grandparents’ rights, mediation services, adoption, and other family law issues.


We are here to help guide clients through some of the most difficult and challenging times of their lives as efficiently and compassionately as possible. We believe that clients deserve a confident team guiding them by responding to clients rapidly.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Attorney located in Stuart, FL. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to family law, including but not limited to: managing and advising clients on legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, preparing for and conducting depositions, and representing clients in court.


Qualifications

  • Specialized knowledge and experience in Family Law
  • Follow internal processes with respect for compliance.
  • Convert potential clients into clients
  • Ability to identify and analyze legal issues related to family law cases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and other attorneys.
  • Experience drafting and filing legal motions.
  • Experience conducting depositions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Considers all legal options and advises clients correctly and thoroughly.
  • Possesses excellent negotiation skills.
  • Exhibits patience with others, including staff, clients, and opposing counsel.
  • Shows empathy for clients going through difficult times.
  • Has the proven ability to bill clients appropriately.
  • Exhibits the ability to write high level legal documents.
  • Maintains mental organization in the midst of many cases.
  • At least three years of experience as a family law attorney
  • Licensed to practice in the state of FL.
  • Comfortable learning to use case management software.
  • Ethical, accountable, professional, and compassionate
