Service Desk Manager

JCW has partnered with one of the largest tech-driven Law firms in the world They are scaling out and growing, looking to add a Service Desk Manager to provide a single point of contact between their customers and IT Service Management. You will be the focal point for reporting incidents and for customers to make service requests.
This position is ONSITE (5 days/week) in the NYC office and you must be a United States Citizen or a Green Card Holder.
Key Skills Needed:
Experience in the following:
- Service Now Background preferred
- Must be able to support Tier 1 and Tier 2 - Remotely
- Must be able to lead teams.
- Strong customer service experience.
- End user experience.
- Experience on a Global Enterprise level is preferred.
