This includes invites, sanctions and financial validation, updates and service ticket resolution, and other production tasks as assigned. They will also be responsible for providing support to both internal end users and third-party vendors through the onboarding process and troubleshooting any issues. They will support analytics, ongoing projects, and business process improvements related to data management activities in PeopleSoft and other sub-systems. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and has excellent interpersonal, customer service skills.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in a client facing role
  • Excellent personality and customer service skills
  • Basic Excel proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree
