Records Management Coordinator

Reports To: Records Manager
Summary Description: The Records Management Clerk is a vital position to the Firm that ensure all files are properly opened, closed, stored, and maintained.
Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Facilitates the record retention program to ensure adequate security and safeguarding of client files
- Facilitates the review, organization, indexing and transfer of files to clients or outside third parties
- Processes daily downloads for opening new files, and prints and distributes new files
- Tracks and maintains the location of files for local office
- Assists in file closing, updates records and prepares for storage including record retention timelines
- Performs edits of the client files in Tab Fusion
- Generates additional subfolders
