The AVIRE – Americas team is looking for a highly driven, highly motivated individual to take us to new heights. In this role, you will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing efforts. You will collaborate with multiple departments to create and activate content to promote and support the AVIRE Brand, Products, Systems and Solutions. You will be a part of a team of International Marketing Communicators, Customer Service Specialists, Inside Sales Specialists, Territory Sales Managers and Product Development experts with the collective goal to build brand awareness, engage our audience and drive business growth across our North America region. Further, you will be a part of a team that has a track record of delivering double digit compound growth while supporting each other. We are seeking a candidate with excellent design skills who is naturally curious, customer experience orientated and motivated to learn the dynamics of a competitive market. This position will be reporting to the North America Marketing Manager.

What you will do:

1. Content creation & graphic design: Develop high-quality, engaging marketing content for various marketing channels, including our sales collateral, social media, email campaigns, web site, press releases and more. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is essential for creating visually appealing animations, graphics, infographics and other design assets for marketing collateral, both digital and print. Ensure consistent brand messaging and design across all materials.

2. Web CMS (WordPress): Collaborate closely with the North America Marketing Manager and regional colleagues to implement changes, update designs and user journeys and manage content on our Global & regional websites.

3. SEO & SEM: Play a key role in the implementation of SEO & SEM strategies, working closely with the North America Marketing Manager to improve website visibility, drive organic & paid traffic and optimize landing pages for conversion.

4. Social media channels: Create and manage our social media schedule. Regularly post compelling, on-brand content and engage with our online community.

5. Event assistance: Assist with the coordination and execution of events, both digital and in-person, to promote the AVIRE Brand, Products, Systems and Solutions.

6. Customer Experience: Ensure that all marketing content is customer-centric. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction across all communication touchpoints.

7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Performance Objectives

· Create marketing content that is valuable, useful and brand consistent that drives interest in our Products, Systems and Solutions.

· Develop and implement consistent marketing content to increase keyword ranking and attract backlinks to improve overall SEO.

· Design and update customer-centric marketing materials that enables our sales team to engage customers and supports our overall business goals and initiatives.

· Proactively cultivate and expand relationships with key internal stakeholders.

· Provide regular and insightful updates the North America Marketing Manager on marketing activities and content development plans.

· Continuously drive process improvement and innovation in marketing content creation, staying ahead of market trends and industry changes.

Job Skills

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Proven ability to problem-solve.

· Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools, especially Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot.

· Experience in photography, animation and video production, and proficiency with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro.

· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

· Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, and/or a related field or equivalent experience

· A minimum of 1 year experience in marketing (B2B digital marketing communications experience preferred)

· Experience designing content for marketing collateral including advertising, videos, animations, presentations, brochures, web sites and event materials (experience should be supported with examples of your work and metrics that demonstrate your success).

· Comfortable being hands-on with data, providing basic analysis (i.e. campaign performance) and reporting to others.

· Project management skills with an ability to work effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders to organize and drive multiple workstreams.

· Experience communicating and corresponding directly with customers, verbally and

in writing.

· Willingness to travel up to 10% of time
