Our Challenge:

As a UI Developer, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to work on complex technical requirements. You will be responsible for managing multiple engagements, prioritize and resolve complex problems and escalate as necessary, in a fast-paced environment.


The Role

Responsibilities:

  1. UI Development: Design and implement high-quality user interface components and screens using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness for all web interfaces.
  2. Analytics Integration: Integrate Adobe Analytics within the UI to track user interactions and behaviors effectively. Customize and manage Adobe Analytics tags, variables, and events to gather relevant user experience data.
  3. Data Visualization and Reporting: Utilize Adobe Analytics reports and dashboards to understand user flows and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to translate analytical data into actionable UI enhancements.
  4. Performance Optimization: Optimize the UI for maximum speed and scalability. Implement efficient code and graphics that adhere to performance best practices.
  5. User-Centered Design: Collaborate with UX designers to align the interface with user needs and brand standards. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine the user interface continually.
  6. Collaboration and Communication: Work with backend developers to ensure seamless integration of the frontend with server-side logic. Communicate regularly with stakeholders about the implementation of analytics and the insights derived from data.


Requirements:

You are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a UI Developer or Frontend Developer.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern JavaScript framework (React.js, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or a similar digital analytics platform.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that the application will adhere to them.
  • Familiarity with website optimization tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Google Optimize).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.


It would be great if you also had:

  • Certification in Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decision-making.
  • Knowledge of server-side programming languages like Node.js, Python, Ruby, etc.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
