You will serve as the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant on a transformational IT GRC process change initiative in a major pharmaceutical company. The right candidate will be responsible for driving change in strategic initiatives, running Organizational Change townhalls and guiding teams through transformative changes. This position requires exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills to achieve successful outcomes and foster a culture of adaptability and growth within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Change Management Strategy:

  • Responsible for delivering Culture & Change Management and the Operating Model
  • Identify relevant functions and stakeholders impacted by the IT methodology changes
  • Engage with business stakeholders through document revisions with regular check-ins, office hours and status updates
  • Communicate expected RACI to business stakeholders
  • Lead the development of training and deployment assets that are role-based and specific to impacted business stakeholders
  • Lead the development of Training Playbooks for areas identified as more difficult to understand / implement.
  • Schedule and run IT GRC Lunch and Learns to drive change
  • Schedule and run IT GRC Organizational Change Management workshops and townhalls
  • Schedule and run IT GRC Transformation “Office Hours"
  • Define and execute a new communications strategy
  • Design methods for capturing feedback and encouraging more collaboration with tech and GRC communities
  • Define Service Transition and Service Delivery Activities
  • Capture and present Organizational Change Adoption Metrics
  • Develop and implement change management strategies tailored to each project's unique needs.
  • Identify potential resistance points and proactively develop plans to address them.
  • Deliver change management activities and the wider change plan for the program.
  • Design and deliver necessary training on new ITMS methodology and provide required learning materials (user guides, work instructions, etc.)
