Job Summary:


Are you seeking to kickstart your career in HR? Citadel is expanding its Recruiting Coordination team and is in search of ambitious individuals who thrive in dynamic environments. As a member of this team, you'll collaborate closely with internal recruiters across various business sectors, driving the recruitment process forward and taking ownership of candidate management.


Your Objectives:

  • Collaborate with internal recruiters to oversee the entire recruitment process for different business sectors.
  • Coordinate scheduling of phone, video conference, and onsite interviews with third-party vendors, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Manage and monitor candidate pipelines using a web-based applicant tracking system.
  • Gather feedback from business stakeholders to determine next steps for candidates.
  • Generate offer documents and guide candidates through the pre-onboarding process.
  • Manage recruitment and HR projects, including candidate tracking, process documentation, competency updates, and survey management.


Your Skills & Talents:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous internship or professional experience in a corporate setting preferred.
  • Experience in recruiting or HR is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and familiarity with Outlook meeting requests are preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.

In accordance with the NYS pay transparency law, the compensation range for this role is $30-34 per hour. This does not include overtime pay and additional compensation.
