Description

Grow your career managing the investor relations operations at Celsius Holdings, Inc., maker of Celsius, the fastest growing energy drink brand in the world.


As Manager, Investor Relations, you’ll report to the SVP, Communications and serve as a bridge between the company and the investment community, identifying and growing relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts. You will also conduct research and analysis and provide insights to Celsius’ leadership team based on analyst reports, company results and industry data. You will assist the finance team in compiling quarter-end closing materials and help produce financial communications, including press materials, investor presentations and investor call scripts. This role will lead or support in many additional areas including strategy, reporting, contact database management, event/meeting scheduling and IR website maintenance.


This is an on-site, full-time position at the CELSIUS HQ in Boca Raton, Florida.


Responsibilities


  • Respond to day-to-day investor relations inquiries and sell-side interactions
  • Develop messages and materials for the financial community including press releases, earnings call scripts, road show presentations and other related materials
  • Coordinate investor and analyst communications including earnings calls, investment conferences and one-on-one meetings
  • Responsible for content and maintenance of the Celsius Holdings, Inc. investor relations website
  • Track and maintain securities analysts’ financial models and research on the company
  • Benchmark company stock, valuation and financial performance with peer companies
  • Provide current relevant business, competitor and financial community insight to leadership
  • Partner with corporate communications, finance, marketing, legal and executive team members to develop consistent, accurate messaging across stakeholder groups
  • Prepare investor meeting briefing materials for management and assist with board of director meeting material
  • All other duties as assigned


Education and Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, communications, or related field; MBA or master's degree in finance preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in an in-house investor relations role at a Nasdaq- or NYSE-listed company or in a capital markets finance or analytical role
  • Advanced knowledge of capital market’s structure, financial instruments and valuation techniques
  • Highly articulate communicator with excellent presentation and writing skills
  • 1+ years’ experience working in the food and beverage industry or similar experience as an equity research analyst covering the CPG or beverage industry
  • Familiarity with Nasdaq or NYSE and SEC filing and reporting regulations
  • Advanced understanding of cash flow statements and balance sheets
  • Strong technology acumen and direct experience maintaining CRM databases and using IRO insight data services
  • Canny ability to translate financial results into compelling stories
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized
