The Junior Syndication Specialist is an entry-level role tailored for individuals early in their career, poised to make their mark in the fintech sector. This position provides an opportunity to develop hands-on experience in syndication and investment operations.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the syndication process under the guidance of senior team members.
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations for syndicate partners and investors.
Collaborate with internal teams including credit, risk, legal, and operations to facilitate syndicate transactions.
Stay updated on market trends and investment opportunities.
Contribute to the alignment of syndicated transactions with the company's strategic goals.
Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of syndicated loans, contributing to reports for senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
SIE or relevant securities licenses are a plus.
