Webull Pay is expanding its presence in the Payments and Treasury solutions market, encompassing a digital wallet, consumer debit card, and cash management. We aim to provide a personalized financial solution across banking services, stock trading, and crypto. We are currently hiring a Client Experience Analyst to contribute to our dynamic team. As an Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in addressing client needs across product lines, supporting our commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience and reinforcing our position as an innovative industry leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently respond to support tickets and emails, aiding clients in resolving account-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall client experience.
  • Analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of client account applications, ensuring strict compliance with established risk and compliance procedures.
  • Utilize client feedback to collaborate with internal teams, optimizing processes across the platform alongside product and technology teams.
  • Conduct regular assessments of operating processes to ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Adhere rigorously to compliance/risk procedures, following both corporate and industry protocols.
  • Implement documented risk controls and escalation procedures to mitigate potential risks to the firm.


Requirements:

  • Strong written communication skills are essential.
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Enthusiastic about working for a leading FinTech company.
  • Motivated, self-starting individual with effective collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and project management.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency, excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Consistently execute duties with a positive and professional approach, exercising sound judgment.
  • The ability to multi-task and work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or Finance is preferred but not mandatory.
