Position Summary

We are pleased to offer a Technical Project Manager positions in our Customer Success team to work with some of the biggest operators and broadcasters on the market. We are looking for resourceful and quality-oriented team members with strong technical knowledge, ready to highlight the added value brought by using Witbe technology to measure the quality of any service. Relying on production, support, and scripting teams to properly deliver every project, the Technical Project Manager is a key position to share Witbe best practices, brand image, and successes with our customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the customer lifecycle from on-boarding to go live and continued technical account management
  • Anticipating customers’ needs, detecting potential future projects, and informing the sales manager in charge of the account.
  • Guaranteeing that the delivered project is aligned with customer needs.
  • Keeping up to speed with the latest evolutions and best practices of new Witbe products and versions.
  • Making sure that Witbe products are used in the best conditions and that the customer gets the best value out of them.
  • Reporting all necessary information to better engage customer relationships and promote Witbe.


Profile

  • The equivalent of a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in Technical Project Management
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills with an emphasis on customer relations.


Required Skills

  • Ability to be autonomous, open, and transparent.
  • Strong adaptability in communication skills; the position requires communication with all levels of management and employees, from entry-level to upper management.
  • Technical environment: Windows, Linux Centos, iOS, Android
  • Understanding of UNIX/Linux system administration and network communication protocols (such as TCP/IP, IPsec, routing protocol)
