Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Oakbrook Terrace, IL for a Fitness Manager for Corporate Gym. The Fitness Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fitness center, managing group exercise and training programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality fitness services, and providing leadership and support to the onsite team. Additionally, the Fitness Manager will be responsible for promoting a positive and motivating environment for members.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Group Exercise and Group Training
  • Knowledge of the Fitness Industry and current trends
  • Certification in Personal Training
  • Understanding of Exercise Physiology
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for fitness and wellness
  • Bachelor's degree in a fitness-related field is preferred
  • Experience in corporate wellness is a plus
  • CPR/AED certified
