Title: Trade and Market Documentation Analyst

Location: Princeton, NJ (08540)

Duration: 10+Months contract


Duties:

• Complete global market documentation for new fund launches, existing funds and updates to existing funds' market accounts requiring material changes reporting for multiple proprietary funds in the AMRS and EMEA.

• Maintain e-library of current and historical fund/country specific global market account openings and maintenance documentation including all supporting legal documentation for funds and investment managers (i.e., formation documents, subscription materials, offering documents, etc.).

• Coordinate with fund specific authorized signatories (multiple offices) and administrative staff to procure executed documentation, additional legalization and final processing/shipping for market submission.

• Update/maintain spreadsheet of all market requests across funds (to be done, in progress, pending market approval, on-hold, completed, etc.).

• Provide updates to Product Tax team on new market openings and existing funds material changes requiring local tax agents.

• Maintain consistent documentation requirements across markets/custodians.

• Processing of invoices/bills] for document legalization services; verification, payment submission resolution of issues with internal fund accounting team and external vendors


All required aspects of enabling a portfolio to achieve ready to trade status including construction, market & currency set up, connectivity with providers and transaction routing


Skills: Candidate should be proactive, organized, risk adverse, and focused on scalability, Strong attention to detail, Possess strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate constructively at all levels, Strong analytical and problem solving, Process oriented, Comfortable operating within deadlines, Balancing responsiveness with accuracy, Ability to effectively manage workflows and re-prioritize when needed, and Intermediate-Advanced Excel and SQL experience a plus


Education: 4 year degree in related field preferred but not required Skills and Experience:
