We are actively recruiting an Account Manager to oversee all aspects of customer service, order management, shipment tracking, and account excellence.
The role is to be based on-site at the company HQ in Indianapolis.
This is like no other Account Manager role:
$10K Bonus potential - every quarter
Responsibilities include:
- Manage Order Processing: Oversee the efficient handling of orders, including tracking, fulfillment, and timely delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactive Customer Communication: Initiate and maintain regular communication with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns and ensuring a smooth client experience.
- Account Growth Strategy: Collaborate within the sales team to strategize and execute plans for business growth, identifying opportunities within existing accounts.
- Peak Season Planning: Coordinate and plan effectively for peak seasons, ensuring adequate resources and strategies are in place to meet increased demand.
- Account Excellence: Focus on maintaining high service standards, implementing quality control measures, and continually striving for account excellence.
To be considered for the role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Office 365; ability to learn Fishbowl ERP and Asana work management platforms
- College degree preferred; 3+ years' experience in related fields including packaging, wholesale distribution, industrial distribution, customer service
