Our client in manufacturing is seeking a full-time HR/Payroll Clerk to provide administrative support and handle diverse clerical, HR, and payroll duties.


What You'll Do:

  • Assist with recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding of new employees
  • Process paperwork for new hourly personnel to corporate HR
  • Maintain employee files and enter data into ADP payroll system
  • Update employee status changes in personnel records
  • Compile and prepare reports from personnel records
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information from personnel files
  • Coordinate with corporate HR for weekly payroll processing
  • Assist with employee benefits administration
  • Maintain site accident/injury reports


What You'll Bring:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Minimum 2 years payroll experience
  • ADP Software experience preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish REQUIRED


Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of general office administrative and clerical procedures
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team player with the ability to follow instructions
  • Maintain confidentiality of information and communications
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing demands
  • Understanding of HR/Payroll practices and procedures, including state and federal laws
