DataStaff, Inc is in need of a Mobile Deployment Technician for a long-term contract opportunity for one of our direct clients in Charlotte, NC.
*This position is onsite
Responsibilities:
- Assist with upgrading iPhones and iPads, including assisting end users with initial setup and migration.
- Help with mobile device refreshes and replacements, and collaborate with other IT professionals to execute large-scale migration projects.
- Upgrade and configure iPhones and iPads, resolving any difficulties and educating users on appropriate usage, backup procedures, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Able to work without assistance
- Can provide limited leadership to others
- Able to manage medium complexity work efforts
- May have industry experience
Required Skills:
- 2 Years - iPhone and iOS experience
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds daily
- Ability to stand and walk in a classroom setting daily
Desired Skills:
- 1 Years - Mobile Device Management experience
This opportunity is available as a W2 position with a competitive benefits package.
