Responsibilities:

  • Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents and contracts
  • Manage workflow for attorneys and coordinate with other teams
  • Handle closing documents and organize virtual closing rooms
  • Maintain files and documents within the Firm’s Document Management System (NetDocs)
  • Manage client communications and handle general office duties
  • Enter lawyers' time and expenses in IntApp software
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and manage work calendars


Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of legal administrative experience, preferably in real estate law

- Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF

- Proficient in document comparison software and document management systems

- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to new technologies quickly

- High School Diploma required, college degree preferred

- Experience in legal real estate transactions or finance law
