We are seeking a Construction Office Assistant (Accounting/Payroll back up)to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to the construction office and field, payroll dept, accounting dept, billing dept. also assist in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation

Responsibilities:

- Assist in coordinating payroll and accounting duties ensuring deadlines are met

- Perform data entry tasks to maintain construction office documents, payroll and accounting

- Support the front desk operations by answering phones and directing inquiries and walk-ins

- Assist and back up each dept from Controller/Accounting to Projects and guys in the field

- Provide general office support including filing, organizing, maintaining records and much more depending on the day

- Knowledge and experience with construction AIA PAY APPS and construction SOV draw requests (deadlines)


Requirements:

- Previous experience in an office administrative role and accounting knowledge is a must

Familiar with SAGE 100 a PLUS

- Proficiency in computers and basic Microsoft programs and a fast learner

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and external parties bilingual a HUGE PLUS

-Construction billing AR invoices - AIA PAY APPS and construction SOV draws (understanding of construction phase invoicing knowledge needed)
