Compensation: $25 to $28 per hour DOE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Print Production Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating print production projects from conception through completion. You’ll collaborate with our creative and production teams to ensure that all print designs meet high-quality standards and deadlines. If you have experience in print design—whether through digital design work that’s been printed or hands-on experience in print production—we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of print production, including scheduling, project tracking, and delivery timelines.
- Work closely with design teams to ensure that printed materials align with brand guidelines and meet client expectations.
- Proof and approve final designs before sending them to print to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Oversee the printing process and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
- Maintain an organized filing system of project records, print proofs, and final files.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering print materials as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in print production coordination or print design, with a focus on creating materials like banners, posters, logos, business cards, and brochures.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred) with an understanding of how digital designs translate to print.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality control.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating costs.
- Knowledge of various printing techniques, materials, and processes is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with offset printing, digital printing, or large format printing.
- Familiarity with different paper stocks, inks, and finishes.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, managing client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
