Position Overview: We are seeking a versatile and skilled professional to fill the role of Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services Architect. This unique position requires a balanced combination of presales architecture expertise and post-sales implementation proficiency. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in engaging with potential clients, understanding their business needs, designing innovative solutions using Informatica's cloud-based data integration platform, and implementing technology solutions for clients post-sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business requirements, conduct product demonstrations, and design comprehensive solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive successful presales engagements, achieve revenue targets, and contribute to business growth.
  • Architect end-to-end data integration and management solutions leveraging IICS components such as Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Application Integration, Cloud Data Quality, and Cloud Master Data Management.
  • Develop detailed implementation plans, configure software applications, conduct system testing, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical guidance, support, and training to clients and end-users to facilitate the adoption and utilization of implemented technology solutions.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives and expectations.
  • Document all aspects of the implementation process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of technology solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in presales architecture and post-sales implementation roles within the IT consulting industry.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) platform, software development, system integration, and database technologies, Powercenter to IICS Migration
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, prioritization, and multitasking to meet project deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites for project meetings, training sessions, and on-site support as needed.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
