Global Assistant Communications Manager

PVH is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Communications Manager to design and execute a comprehensive, global communication strategy that aligns with PVH's identity and marketing objectives, managing reputation, messaging, and stakeholder relationships to promote a positive image of the company and achieve corporate goals.


PVH - PVHardware is a provider of innovative solar tracking solutions for the global utility-scale solar market, including trackers, fixed structures and SCADA system. Yet, we are the third largest solar tracker supplier in the world and aiming to be the leader in the industry


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and execute global communication plans to promote PVH’s brand, products, and services across regions. Identify target audiences and determine the most effective channels to reach them.
  • Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers within the solar industry. Pitch stories, press releases, and exclusive content to secure media coverage and interviews.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content for press releases, blog posts, social media, and other communication materials. Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging multimedia content including videos, graphics, and photography.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the PVH social media accounts with the social media specialist and develop engaging content calendars. Monitor social media trends and engage with followers to foster a sense of community and drive audience engagement.
  • Public Relations: Represent our brand at events and industry gatherings. Prepare key messaging and talking points for interviews and public appearances.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels. Protect and enhance PVH reputation through effective crisis communication and reputation management strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of communication initiatives using metrics such as reach, engagement, and sentiment. Use data insights to optimize future campaigns and identify areas for improvement.


Requirements:

  • A degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in this role or similar.
  • Experience working as a communications Manager or a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of a variety of communication channels (and knowing when to use them).
  • An exceptional storyteller who can bring our brand to life.
  • A real team player who easily builds relationships with internal and external people alike.
  • Proficiency or native English speaker, (Spanish is a plus).
  • Exceptional communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • In-depth knowledge of best writing and messaging practices for business correspondence, public relations, advertising, marketing and sales copy and social media
  • Professional understanding of crisis management,
  • Ability to effectively engage with team members of all levels and across departments
  • Great project management skills, including time management, goal-setting, multitasking and prioritization
  • Good data analysis, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Advanced organization abilities
  • Leadership abilities, including training and mentorship
  • Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management

  • Marketing & Brand team: Regional and global.
  • External stakeholders: Media, Government, suppliers, etc.
  • Internal stakeholders: Sales team, Departments Heads, HR, and others.
