Duration– 12 months contract on W2 (Potential to extend and/or convert to FTE for the right candidate.)




Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the deployment of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Quality System across 14 manufacturing plants.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, life sciences, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
  • This role requires a minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience and excellent people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deployment Management: Lead the deployment of MES and quality systems across 14 manufacturing plants.

Ensure the systems meet regulatory and quality standards in a life sciences environment.

  • Regulatory and Quality Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements (FDA, GMP, ISO, etc.).

Implement and monitor quality assurance processes.

  • Program Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Coordinate with stakeholders across different plants to ensure smooth deployment.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals involved in the deployment process.

Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders to address issues and ensure project success.


Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of MES platforms and quality systems.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the life sciences industry (e.g., FDA, GMP, ISO).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 6-7 years of experience in deploying MES and quality systems within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and quality standards in the life sciences industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
