Required Skills & Experience

• White glove customer service, supporting C level Executives

• Ability to troubleshoot Audio Visual Conferencing systems

• Working knowledge of Cisco Webex Control Hub

• Working experience with major videoconferencing equipment such as Webex Devices

• Cisco Telepresence MCU (multipoint control units) and control systems from Cisco


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Certified Technology Specialist, CTS

• Knowledge and understanding of Voice network system requirements and standards

• Any background in Data Network technologies such as routers, switches and firewalls are a plus; Protocols: TCP/IP, IP subnetting, VLAN’s, Ethernet, DHCP, DNS, QoS, SIP, H.323

• Basic understanding of IP telephony, VoIP, SIP, or related technologies.


Job Description

ServiceNow Responsibilities:

• Address Level 2 or 3 tickets.

• Handle requests and incidents using ServiceNow.

• Collaborate with teams for change management.

• Monitor and manage any network changes (overtime opportunity available for after-hours work and weekends, when needed).


Webex Control Hub Tasks:

• Ensure Webex devices are online.

• Configure new devices within Webex Control Hub.

• Handle Cisco endpoints and Pexip.

• Collaborate on testing scenarios.

• Work with networking and security teams.

• Use CCNA-level knowledge for troubleshooting.


Professionalism:

• Maintain a polished demeanor for interactions with C Level Executives.



Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
