Can be based in Chicago, DC, or Detroit.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and resources for associate development, including training programs, mentorship, and support for achieving developmental goals.
  • Manage workflow, time management, work allocation, and support for lateral associates, including orientation, integration, and departure processes.
  • Collaborate with practice group leaders and various departments to address needs, support DEI goals, and develop business strategies.
  • Plan and oversee practice group events, track budgets, and ensure alignment with the firm’s strategic objectives.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in practice management.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work with senior management on talent development.
  • Bachelor's degree required; JD, MBA, or other advanced degrees preferred.
