We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager. Here is what you will be doing…


  • Production & Support department Management: Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer requirements and production targets.
  • Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate production records, including production output, downtime, and quality metrics.
  • Equipment Management: Oversee the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of rotogravure printing machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Team Leadership and Training: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of rotogravure machine operators and technicians.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure an adequate supply of raw materials and printing consumables.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in printing technology, and best practices.
