INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Surgical Product Solutions is a growing company in the medical device industry looking for business-minded inside sales professionals. Candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Our inside sales position's ideal candidate is ambitious, money-motivated, and seeking growth opportunities within an innovative, fast-paced company. This position requires direct interaction with hospital buyers & decision-makers, mostly by phone. The candidate will also be responsible for conducting client research & lead generation.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • 1-3 years of work experience
  • Works well both independently and collaboratively

THE ROLE

  • Business Development and Account Management
  • Daily, initiate outgoing calls to prospective facilities via the telephone in a professional manner to establish qualified customers to acquire new business.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to present, handle challenges, and close over the phone
  • Meet and exceed sales targets with new and existing customers
  • Update Salesforce with notes on customer accounts
  • Attend meetings and training to maintain optimal communication with the sales team
