Job Title: Senior Communications Specialist

In this role, you’ll craft clear, engaging content and visuals that enhance employee engagement and align with organizational goals. You’ll collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is impactful and consistent.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement internal communication plans that align with organizational goals
  • Develop content for newsletters, emails, presentations, and intranet updates
  • Design visual assets such as infographics, brochures, and multimedia content
  • Simplify complex topics into clear, audience-focused messaging.
  • Work cross functionally to ensure alignment of materials across different business units
  • Use data and feedback to refine communication strategies.
  • Support Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and employee experience initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office
  • Video editing skills are a plus
  • Strong writing, design, and project management abilities


Pay Details: $45.00 - 50.00 per hour


This position is contract and hybrid in Houston, Texas.
