Brand & Digital Strategy
- Architect and execute comprehensive digital marketing and brand strategies that position Lucyd® as the premier smart eyewear brand
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints
- Develop and articulate compelling brand narratives that resonate with our target audiences
- Drive innovation in marketing technology adoption and implementation
- Oversee multi-million dollar marketing budget allocation across channels
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies through data-driven decision making
- Lead the development of performance marketing frameworks and ROI measurement systems
- Direct the optimization of customer journey and conversion rate strategies
- Build and mentor high-performing marketing teams, including in-house and remote professionals
- Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and technology partners
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Technology teams
- Spearhead the evolution of our digital marketing ecosystem
- Own the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all digital channels
- Lead the implementation of marketing automation and CRM strategies
- Direct SEO/SEM strategies to drive organic growth and market presence
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling digital marketing operations for consumer technology brands
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred
- Demonstrated success in managing seven-figure marketing budgets
- Experience in D2C e-commerce and technology sector marketing
- Strategic thinking and execution capabilities at both macro and micro levels
- Deep understanding of digital marketing technologies and platforms
- Expertise in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and data-driven decision making
- Strong financial acumen and budget management capabilities
