Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join a leading design practice in New York City. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in all phases of design for new ground-up high-rise multi-family residential projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious 100+ person design firm renowned for its innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


• Proficiency with BIM/Revit software and experience on built projects developed in BIM/Revit.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members to ensure project success and adherence to timelines/budgets and ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

• Oversee and participate in the construction administration phase, including site visits, review of submittals, and addressing RFI’s.

• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality architectural solutions that meet the firm’s standards of excellence and client expectations.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience ideally with new ground-up high-rise multi-family residential projects.

• Proficiency in BIM/Revit software is required.

• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction processes.

• Demonstrated experience in all project phases, including construction documents and construction administration.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
