About the Role:


Join our FORM Kitchens team as a Showroom Manager at our Selection Center location at the SF Design Center in San Francisco, California. In this new position at our recently opened showroom, you'll be a key player in establishing the physical foundation of our rapidly growing business. You’ll build relationships with local homeowners, designers, architects, builders, and developers to invite them to experience our solutions in person. You’ll host appointments to highlight our offerings and promote our virtual consultations with our design experts. Reporting to the Head of Design Operations, you’ll be responsible for showcasing our brand's commitment to excellence, maintaining the showroom’s impeccable appearance, supporting in-space events, & managing part-time support. You’ll play a pivotal role in our personalized and thoughtful approach to designing spaces that empower better living.


What you’ll do:


  • Deliver exceptional client experiences that drive online consultations with our designers.
  • Communicate FORM’s brand values, philosophy, and product offerings.
  • Provide comprehensive education on our solutions, tailored to meet each client’s needs.
  • Collect detailed appointment notes with project specifics and finish preferences for the designer. 
  • Perform cold outreach to local architects, designers, builders, and developers to drive appointments in the space.
  • Maintain positive and proactive communication with clients before and after their visits.
  • Conduct daily opening and closing procedures to ensure a pristine, on-brand environment.
  • Hire, manage, and inspire part-time support to deliver measurable results for the business.
  • Host and support in-space events like webinars, brand activations, and social gatherings.


Who you are:


  • Backed by 2+ years of managerial experience in a service-minded environment such as hospitality, a customer-facing position, or a similar sales setting.
  • Empathetic, attentive listener who enjoys meeting new people and excels in building trust.
  • Equipped with exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Organized with a keen attention to detail and driven to maintain operational excellence.
  • Driven to do your best, always on time, dressed professionally, and consistently positive.
  • Adaptable to changing business dynamics, adept at multitasking, and cool under pressure.
  • A team player who is passionate about helping clients and teammates alike.
  • Excited to learn new products with a strong interest in interior design or home décor.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to contribute to an innovative high-growth startup.


Nice to have, but not an absolute requirement for the right candidate:


  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a creative field.
  • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. 
  • Familiar with design tools and spatial planning, reading floorplans and elevations.
