Role Description
As a Front Desk Associate with responsibilities spanning accounts payable, social media, marketing, and general office duties, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, manage phone calls and emails, and maintain a well-organized front desk area. In addition to processing invoices, communicating with vendors, and assisting with payment processing, you will contribute to social media by creating content, monitoring engagement, and reporting on analytics. Your marketing support will include aiding in campaign execution, conducting market research, coordinating events, and assisting in the creation of promotional materials.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Experience in Office Administration: 1-3 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
Basic Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with accounts payable processes, invoice management, and vendor communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Social Media Savvy: Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and basic content creation.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with visitors, vendors, and team members.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a tidy and efficient work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Marketing Tools: Familiarity with email marketing software, social media scheduling tools, or basic graphic design.
Accounting Software Experience: Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong critical thinking skills to handle diverse responsibilities and solve issues as they arise.
