Role Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be at the forefront of our mission, ensuring that our clients’ journeys to a brighter future are smooth and successful. You’ll provide essential support to our legal team, help manage client communications, and perform a variety of administrative tasks that are vital to our operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support (85%)
  • Assist paralegals and attorneys with filing, scanning, and mailing applications.
  • Contact existing clients to provide updates and manage billing processes.
  • Maintain accurate client communication records in our database.
  • Client Interaction (10%)
  • Greet clients upon arrival and ensure they have an exceptional experience.
  • Collect and manage client documents with attention to detail.
  • Personal Assistance to CEO (5%)
  • Run personal errands, pay bills, and schedule personal appointments.
  • Assist with administrative duties related to marketing activities.


Qualifications:

  • Language Skills:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Skills & Experience:
  • Previous office experience, particularly with handling resumes and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent phone skills and comfort with technology.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and follow instructions precisely.
