Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of recruitment processes and delivery of high-quality service to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients at all levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
