Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of recruitment processes and delivery of high-quality service to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
