5+ years of Healthcare recruiting experience

Job Summary:

The Senior Healthcare Recruiter is instrumental in executing a community hiring and internal mobility strategy focused on local and diverse populations and front-line employees. This role is responsible for implementing programs to build diverse talent pipelines and support the internal development of staff. The Senior Recruiter will cultivate relationships with community partners, educational institutions, and professional organizations to enhance talent pools and promote opportunities at our client. Additionally, this position will develop toolkits and best practices to support an inclusive recruitment process, increase diversity in hiring and promotions, and oversee internal career pathway programs and workforce development initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Metrics Management: Track and analyze metrics related to community engagement, diversity, and internal hiring and promotions. Assist in reporting on HR and organizational diversity and development goals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain partnerships with key educational institutions and diversity-focused professional associations to cultivate diverse talent pools. Support recruitment efforts for hard-to-fill positions and enhance diversity in hiring across gender, ethnicity, LGBTQ+, disability, and veteran statuses.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Plan and execute internal and external diversity recruitment events and programs. Coordinate with community partners to ensure successful event execution and maximize outreach.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify and understand external diverse talent pools. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including leadership, to explore and implement initiatives to access and engage these talent pools.
  • Marketing & Communication: Utilize marketing and communication channels, including social media and online recruiting resources, to promote an inclusive work environment.
  • Toolkits & Best Practices: Develop and implement toolkits and best practices for the talent acquisition team. Provide resources and strategies to increase the representation of diverse candidates in recruitment pipelines.
  • Internal Mobility Strategy: Contribute to the development of strategies that facilitate the advancement of front-line employees into high-demand roles and career pathways within the organization.
  • Grant Preparation: Assist in preparing grant submissions to support the creation of internal and external pipeline development programs.
  • Strategy Materials Development: Collaborate in creating and maintaining recruiting strategy materials, including social media content, communication templates, educational resources, forms, and reports.
